The Sui Grants program has announced the selection of its first cohort of recipients from the Request for Proposals (RFP) program, according to The Sui Blog. This initiative is part of a broader effort to drive innovation and support projects that align with the strategic goals of the Sui ecosystem.
Kiosk-Compatible No-Code Launchpad for Creators and Brands
One of the notable projects selected addresses a significant challenge within the Sui ecosystem. The Sui Kiosk is a tool for developers and creators to establish parameters around digital asset transfers. However, non-technical creators often face challenges in ensuring their projects are Kiosk-compatible.
Byzantion Inc., the team behind indexer.xyz, is developing a comprehensive suite of minting infrastructure compatible with Sui’s Kiosk standard. This no-code launchpad will enable artists, creators, and brands to create on-chain assets effortlessly, ensuring interoperability with all apps on Sui.
Unlocking On-Chain Loyalty
Businesses are increasingly interested in on-chain loyalty programs, but many existing solutions do not fully leverage blockchain features. To address this, the RFP program has accepted three independent proposals to offer ready-made solutions for various use cases.
HashCase
HashCase provides a no-code platform for brand managers to create, launch, and manage NFT collections. The platform includes a custodial wallet solution, allowing users to log in via mobile or email authentication, thereby engaging with Web3 assets without requiring prior onboarding.
Arden Labs Inc.
Arden Labs Inc. is developing a consumer engagement platform comprising a B2B SaaS platform for managing loyalty programs and a B2C mobile web app for tracking points, earning achievements, and redeeming rewards. This dual approach offers a comprehensive solution for businesses and consumers alike.
Mojito Inc.
Mojito Inc. is creating a white-label website for loyalty programs, featuring admin dashboards for analytics and a smart contract template tailored to business needs. Loyalty tokens will be transferable to user wallets via Sui Wallet, zkLogin, or other OAuth wallet providers, offering flexibility and ease of use.
Growing the Sui Ecosystem
These projects represent the initial steps in the RFP program’s mission to drive innovation and address specific needs within the Sui ecosystem. The Sui community eagerly anticipates the contributions these grant awardees will bring to the ecosystem’s growth and development.
The Sui Grants program continues to seek innovative projects and encourages developers, community members, and new contributors to explore future RFPs and other grant opportunities. Interested parties can visit the Sui Grants hub for more information.
